# System Examiner

> System Examiner is a free Windows system information and diagnostics tool developed by Jouni Flemming and Great Software Company OÜ. It checks computer specs and creates detailed reports about PC hardware, installed software and common system problems.

This is the official product website. System Examiner supports Windows 11, 10, 8 and 7 and runs without administrative privileges. Both a Windows installer and a portable executable are available. The current published version is 1.3, released April 20, 2023. Refer to the download section and changelog for release details.

Reports include hardware information, operating system configuration, installed software, network interfaces, Windows hotfixes, startup programs, device drivers, system services and Windows licensing information. System diagnostics check the CPU, RAM and system drive for critical problems. Reports can help with technical support, PC inventory and checking a used computer.

Reports are saved locally. Using Share Report, AutoShare or AutoShareOpen uploads a report and creates a URL that anyone who knows the URL can access. Review the report for sensitive information before sharing it. Command-line and executable-filename parameters can automate report creation, saving, sharing and closing the application.
